Q:  How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What happens if an Error Occurs while I'm trying to checkout ?

A: You can call us at: 973-374-0448 and we will Manually process your Order or Send us an Email and we can bill you via a PAYPAL INVOICE.

Q: What causes my PAYPAL payment not to process?

A: You do not have a valid Email Address or Password with PAYPAL.

Q: How can I Contact PAYPAL ?

A: You can call them at: 1-888-221-1161 4:00AM PD to 10:00PM every day.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on your Invoice, based upon the Ship To Zip Code you Provide, before your order has been confirmed.

Q: How will I know when my Order has been Shipped ?

A: You can go to the Customer Service Page and view the Stauts of your Order at anytime.
