Frequently Asked Questions 1.) How do I place a Order ? Simply go to a Product or Category, Select your item(s), Add them to your Shopping Cart. Then go to Checkout. (* You can either Register as a new Customer or Shop as a Guest *)
2.) How do I place Subsequent Orders the next time ? If you registered, Login as a return customer using the Username and Password you created. If, not Order as a Guest again.
3.) Is it safe ? Yes - We want you to feel safe and confident, all transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encyption. It is transmitted across the internet in encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded before it gets to us. 4.) What forms of Payment do you Accept ? Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cash in Person.
5.) We do you ship ? We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the cost involved we are unable to ship Internationally or to Canada at this time.
6.) How do you Ship ? We ship via USPS, FEDEX or UPS priority when applicable. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped USPS 3-Day Priority -we will do our best to accommodate you. Our employees carefully package your order, it is processed for shipping and then dropped off at US post offices, Fedex and UPS facilities. 7.) How much is Shipping ? Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the time you place your order. Shipping rates vary depending upon weight and your ship to location.
8.) Will my order arrive in more than one box ? In our effort to supply you with some of the most unique items available, many of our products are handcrafted. As a result depending upon which items you order, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
9.) How fast will you ship my Order ? Most of our items ship within 4-5 Business days. If shorter order shipping time is needed it will be mentioned with the description for the item. (* Business days include Monday - Friday, except for Nationally recognized holidays New Years, Lincoln, Washington and Dr. Martin Luther King Birthdays, Good Friday and Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
10.) How can I get my Order sooner ? Contact us by phone and we will discuss it with you. RUSH ORDERS incur a $25.00 fee.
11.) What about Sales Tax ? Orders shipped to or Purchases made in person New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax. (*Except for clothing or shoes) When an order is subject to sales tax, the tax amount will be automatically calculated and added to your order.
12.) How can I Track my Order ? Once your Order has been processed and confirmed you can always check the status of your order at anytime by selecting the Customer Service Tab. (* on the Top left)
13.) What will I need to track my Order ) You will need the Confirmation Number assigned to you during the checkout process.
14.) What happens when an item is no longer Available such as Out-of-Stock or Discontinued ? Your Order will be Cancelled. You will be notified either by Email or Telephone. A Refund will be issued.
15.) Can I change my mind once my order has been placed ? No. All orders are Final - unless we cancel for any reason. Cancellations are allowed only by us, if we cannot provide the item (s).
16.) What happens if my item (s) are Damaged during shipping ? We have a Return Policy. if your package is received damaged you may return it for a full refund. However, you must contact us first by Email for return instructions. The Merchandise must be Returned in the original packaging.
17.) What happens when I receive my Order, If don't like it ? We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy if you are not happy for any reason with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. (* Except Personalized, Embroidered or Monogrammed items.)
18.) Can I walk-in and browse in this Store ? No. We are strictly an Online Store - However, we do allow vistors by Appointment only, for certain requests !
19.) Do you accept special requests ? Yes. A $25.00 Service Fee will apply. When you place your Order it will be deducted as a Deposit from your Total.
20.) Can I Order by Telephone ? Yes. If you have difficulty processing your order online - Call us and we will process your order for you.
